Monday, December 26 We hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families and friends! Continue to enjoy your winter break this week. There is no J.high or High School group this week and Sunday morning we will be meeting in the AWAKE service at 1030am together as it is the first Sunday of the month. We hope you kick off the new year with us!
Tuesday, December 13 Next week is a week full of fun...
The Junior High Christmas Party will take place on Tuesday, December 20th from 630-8pm in the Junior High room. The cost is free, come dressed in your best Christmas attire! Desserts will be served.
The High School Christmas Party is on Wednesday, December 21st from 7-830pm at the Sukut's! They live at 27190 South Ridge Dr, MV 92692. Come in your best Christmas sweater (the uglier the better) and bring a gift for our white elephant gift exchange ($10 limit). Desserts will be served!
We are excited for the fun festivities ahead!
Tuesday, December 13 Hey All! Big news, after months of searching, it is our pleasure to annouce that we have found the perfect person to run our Junior High program here @ PCOM, Trisha Goodman!
Trisha comes to us with years of experience in ministry. She has worked at Hume Lake's youth program and for Children's Department for Hope Chapel Church in Maui. She is a graduate of Hope International University with a degree in Family Ministry.
Trisha will bring an exciting and creative voice to our youth ministry team and we could not be more excited to have her. She will join us at the Junior High Christmas Party on December 20th at 6:30pm @ PCOM and officially begin in January.
Make sure to give a warm welcome to Trisha and her husband Shua as they become a part of our PCOM family!
Tuesday, December 6 
Its that time of year! RIDE 2012 signups are beginning this week on Wednesday, December 7th @7pm. We have 23 spots as of now, first come, first serve. The trip will take place over President's day weekend in February. We will be departing at 11:00pm on Thursday night, February 16th and heading to June Mountain. There will be an opportunity to snowboard/ski on the Friday morning we arrive, Saturday and Sunday and we will be leaving to come home on Monday morning. We should arrive in the afternoon on Monday, February 20th around 2:00 or 3:00pm.
RIDE is a great trip to be a part of, regardless of whether or not you ski/board. There is much fun to be had playing in the snow, hanging around the cabins and checking out the local town during the day. Several students go every year that do not ski or board and have a blast. Each night we gather in the main cabin to eat home-cooked meals together, sing and hear from a speaker.
The cost this year for RIDE will be $350 (does not include lift tickets). We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 when signing up. If you will be skiing or boarding, the lift ticket prices are $49 for one day, $89 for 2 days (Fri & Sat OR Sun), $97 for 2 days (Sat & Sun), and $138 for all 3 days (these are youth rates 13-18 years old). If you will be skiing or boarding and need to rent gear, we highly recommend renting your gear here in town before heading up to the mountains.

Friday, December 2 Can you believe it? This year has flown by. If you are going on the LA mission trip this weekend, have a great time! We can't wait for the stories to come. Also, everyone is invited and encouraged to join us in celebrating Brian Ong this Sunday night at 630pm in the youth room as we thank him for his years of service and wish him and his family all the best in their new endeavours. Refreshments and dessert will be served. Have a great weekend!
